1. Shipping Destinations
We proudly ship to a wide range of international locations. Shipping options, delivery methods, and applicable fees are calculated in real time during checkout based on your selected destination.
2. Order Processing Timeline
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been processed and shipped, a second email containing your tracking number will be sent, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with trusted global and regional carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS, as well as local postal services, to ensure reliable delivery. Available shipping options—including economy, standard, and express services—along with corresponding fees will be clearly displayed at checkout. The carrier assigned to your shipment will be specified in your tracking details.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and accurately during checkout, including any necessary apartment, suite, or unit numbers. MIAOOOO is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to address errors, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, subject to additional shipping fees.
5. Order Modifications & Address Corrections
We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed and enters processing, we are unable to modify the shipping address or adjust items. If you need to make an immediate change, please contact us as soon as possible at info@miaoooo.com. We will attempt to intercept the order, though changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
6. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
In the rare event that your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier office. If the package remains missing after 48 hours, please contact your local carrier directly with your tracking number to initiate an investigation.
If the carrier confirms that your package is lost in transit, please notify our customer service team at info@miaoooo.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly—which may include reshipping your items or issuing a refund.
